Splendid independent villa in full immersed in total tranquility located on the Island of Ischia in via Montecito 45 of Casamicciola Terme beetwen Lacco Ameno a few steps from the Terme di Ischia and the other municipalities of the Island such as Forio, Lacco Ameno, Ischia port and bridge and the best attractions that characterize the Island itself. Tourist rental structured on two levels with garden, balcony and terrace. Equipped with the most current and rare attractions that you could wish for in a private home while spending your well-deserved holidays. In fact, the accommodation facility is distinguished by 2 outdoor hydromassage tubs / mini pools positioned on the terrace and in the garden with a pleasant and customizable temperature capacity ensuring hot and cold water based on what you want at that moment and based on the season of use. The lower floor is equipped with a large open space living room with 2 double sofa beds and double mattress, an anti-living room with kitchen equipped with table and appliances. Crossing a corridor you arrive in the sleeping area characterized by a washer dryer and hallway cabinet, 2 independent double bedrooms equipped with any innovative and technological accessory, 2 independent bathrooms with tub and shower adjacent to each bedroom until you always find in the corridor a walk-in spa shower for chromotherapy, music therapy and light sprays to simultaneously promote aromatherapy sensory activity. The upper floor, on the other hand, is equipped with a large open space studio and kitchenette, two bunk beds, 1 sofa bed with double mattress, wardrobe, 1 bathroom with shower. It can be transformed into a real fitness location when needed thanks to a rowing machine, treadmill, two exercise bikes that offer sea and landscape views, other small gym equipment and a few deck chairs in the relaxation area to sip tea in the hot tub located on the large furnished terrace overlooking the sea! Unique services and relaxation!
