Villa Patrizia enjoys a privileged position, is surrounded by Monferrato hills, and you will be enchanted by a breathtaking view! In the clear days you can admire the entire crown of the Alps that is the setting for the succession of gentle hills of the hills, dotted with vineyards, woods and villages. If you are looking for tranquility, intimacy, privacy, silence, relax, independence, here you will find all this ! Furthermore the Villa is very cozy, bright, spacious, comfortable. The rooms are all upstairs with terraces and balconies where you can enjoy incredibly engaging sunsets. From the balconies you can also see Moncalvo with his beautiful Church.
