Situated on the hills overlooking Olbia, Villa Anastasie has panoramic views onto the bay and beautiful Sardinian Mountains with typical granite formations, designed by wind. Traditional villa, fully equipped and furnished. Ideal for a very private holiday. A well maintained garden of 2,500 m2 is a Paradise for relaxation. Private access road with parking. Very centrally located with fast access to wonderful Sardinian restaurants, spectacular beaches, Costa Smeralda and downtown Olbia shops
