Located in a quiet and green area of the Karst, in the village of Devincina, Villa Prosecco is ready to welcome you for your vacation! On the ground floor of the villa there is 1 spacious and tastefully furnished double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a bright living area with kitchenette, perfect for convivial dinners. The large windows overlook the garden and pool. On the first floor there are two double rooms (one with a double bed, the other with two single beds), a bathroom with shower, a cozy living room with a large sofa, TV and terrace The guest house for two guests, with access at the back of the villa, is structured on two floors connected by a spiral staircase: on the ground floor you will find a small living room with TV with sofa bed, the kitchen with gas stove top, equipped for cooking, and a bathroom with shower, while on the upper floor is the sleeping area with a double bedroom. You will enjoy a beautiful lighted swimming pool and a sauna. Wifi and air conditioning are available to guests.

Or you can reach the spectacular beaches hidden along the Coast Road in 15 minutes and the city of Trieste in 20 minutes by car. It is possible to park up to two cars in the uncovered parking area on the villa grounds.
