A marvelous traditional Tuscan villa located in the heart of Valle della Lucchesia. A true gem nestled between the hills, the villa was recently fully refurbished by me personally, I add a touch of modernity and luxury, which, when set in a "farm" context, enhances the charm of this property. As soon as you step in, you will be amazed to discover a 150-square-meter lounge that welcomes you, a huge open space which on request, can be also used for private events. A beautiful stone fireplace, leather sofas, and Persian carpets add warmth and a touch of Italian style to further complement the property. On the same floor, you will find a magnificent, fully equipped kitchen and a small service bathroom. On the upper floor, there are four large bedrooms, all equipped with air conditions and that enjoy the private park views. There are also two huge bathrooms, one of which is en suite measuring approximately 30 square meters. The enormous tree-filled park of approximately 15,000 square meters offers you exclusive relaxation and privacy. In the middle of the park, I recently built a magnificent pond completely made of local stones, a 60-square-meter sculpture that adds charm to what is considered one of the most beautiful private parks in Tuscany. My name is Gennaro Rosario, I am the owner of Villa Regina Elena Vittoria, like all Neapolitans I am a very passionate man, I will be present on site 24/7 just to make sure that you can enjoy your holiday in Tuscany and the most! I love to cook and for those who wish, I offer the guests' last evening a typical Neapolitan dinner where pasta obviously is the queen of the evening.

Villa Regina is located exactly halfway between Pisa and Florence, two famous tourist destinations, and it is only six kilometer’s from Lucia, which is probably one of the most beautiful cities in Italy. From the eastern part of our park, you can admire a glimpse of Montecarlo, a beautiful Italian village famous for the production of oil and wine, which is only two kilometers from us. Furthermore, within a 20-minute drive (using the motorway), it is possible to reach Viareggio, one of the most famous seaside destinations in Italy, renowned worldwide for its Carnival.
