Just outside the picturesque harbour of Porto Rotondo lies the Villa Roccia holiday home, which is part of a complex of 6 independent villas. The Sardinian-style house has an impressive, natural rock formation in the centre of the house, lending a rustic ambience to the dining room and kitchen. The house is on the ground floor and boasts beautiful furnishings, which, in combination with the natural stone walls, exudes a cosy atmosphere. It has a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a functionally-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms as well as a half-bath and can therefore accommodate 5 people. The child-friendly accommodation is also equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite TV, a cot and a highchair (the latter 2 upon request). The highlight of the accommodation is the large outdoor area of the complex. Here you will find a beautiful garden with Mediterranean plants, where you can find peacocks and turtles. Spend relaxing hours here and let yourself be consumed by the relaxing atmosphere. There is also a large shared pool (open from April 5th to September 30th), which glows in 7 different colours, and a private terrace where you can enjoy delicious meals and end the evening with a glass of wine. Due to its ideal location outside the hustle and bustle of Porto Rotondo, you are guaranteed absolute privacy and yet you can reach the centre within a few minutes by car. Shops, restaurants, bars and cafés are waiting here for you. The sandy beach of Spiaggia di Marinella is 3 km away. Parking is available on the property. Pets are allowed (upon request, at an extra charge). Bed linens and towels are included in the price and are changed every 3 days. Maximum number of Pets: 2.
