La casa si trova in posizione panoramica con vista sul golfo di Lerici, è in zona tranquilla e silenziosa, ha terrazza con sdraio, lettini prendi sole e gazebo per mangiare, giardino, il parcheggio sotto casa e piscina con vista mare. La casa è accogliente e comoda ideale da 2 a 4 persone. Vicino al mare, raggiungibile a piedi in 10-15 minuti.
Sono un appassionato di viaggi, mi piace conoscere nuove culture, persone di ogni parte del mondo, amo visitare musei e anche posti selvaggi dove è la natura che fa da padrona, posti di mare e di montagna. Inoltre ho una piccola barca che uso per rilassarmi nei momenti di pausa dal lavoro. Sono ingegnere libero professionista e esercito la mia attività con passione e responsabilità. Mi porta via parecchio tempo, ma cerco sempre di trovare un posticino per i miei hobby, che sono la lettura, nella stagione autunnale andare a funghi e in estate in barca.
