Welcome to Villa Vanna and its dependance La Casetta! This villa is just 3 min walk from the beach and the town center. Villa Vanna and La Casetta are ones of the very first houses of Forte but have all modern comforts. It is ideal for families with children, couples and anyone who wants to enjoy our beautiful Tuscany. Villa Vanna can host up to 6 persons whereas La Casetta up to 2 person plus a baby up to two-year old. Villa Vanna and La Casetta share the same car gate, parking and the inner yard but are two independent houses for all other services. The two villas can be rented together at the same family if requested. The porches and garden allow to relax and stay outdoors at any time. We look forward to warmly welcoming you in our houses. I visited many countries and saw really amazing places. Forte dei Marmi is certainly one of these and, being my home town, is the one I love more. My family and I will do our best to make your visit in our houses as pleasant as possible. We are sure in Forte and Versilia you will discover another special piece of our extraordinary Italia. At the check-in the guest and host, if necessary, may sign a simple lease contract as requested by the local regulations for touristic locations.

The villa and its dependance are located just in the center of Forte dei Marmi, very close to the Fortino and the beach. They are also very close to all public places and services such as tourists office, shops, restaurants, city hall, church, bus and taxi terminals, public parking, etc. The villa and the dependance are also very close to a few playgrounds, swimming pools, tennis courts and a golf green (this is located in Vittoria Apuana about 2 km away from the town center). Forte dei Marmi is located in the heart of the "Versilia storica" in the northern side of Tuscany. From here it is possible to visit internationally renowned places such as Pietrasanta (7 km away), Viareggio (12 km), Carrara (20 km), Pisa (35 km), Lucca (35 km), Lerici (38 km), Le Cinque Terre (75 km) and Firenze (110 km), just to mention a few. All these places can be easily reached from Forte, even with daily tours, by car, bus and train (the railway station of Forte dei Marmi-Querceta is located just 5 km away from Forte).
