The appartment has a beautiful view of the bay of la spezia and lerici It's on the third floor but there is a lift It has a nice and big livingroom with two Window-doors providing access to the outside terrace Also the kitchen has a window door on the terrace The appartment is in a condominium with a bar at the entrance and there is a free parking
The appartment is near the beach of baia blu for the others beachs of San terenzo, Venere azzurra, lerici you can go also with a free bus.the stop bus is only a few steps From lerici you can take the ferries for 5 terre,Portovenere, isola Palmaria or you can also arrive to the 5 terre with the train the la spezia station is 15 minutes (10 km)with the car from the house
