Accepted pet size: large (more than 60 cm) Casa Margherita, located in Zignago above Brenzone, offers breathtaking views of the picturesque lake, Isola Trimelone, Malcesine, and Monte Baldo. Surrounded by absolute silence, it is the perfect retreat for those looking to escape everyday life without forgoing the proximity to the beach (1,500 meters away) and a charming terrace restaurant (300 meters). For animal lovers, there's also the possibility to bring up to two large pets. The property is securely fenced and equipped with an automatic gate, accessible to guests upon arrival. Inside, there are six welcoming apartments, each offering a spectacular lake view. Apartment No. 4, ideal for two adults and optionally a child, is located on the ground floor and spans about 35m² of living space. This includes a cozy bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and a living kitchen equipped with a gas stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster, a dining area, sofa, and satellite TV. An additional room provides space for bicycles. Besides the high-quality equipment, the apartment features a private garden, complete with a table, benches, grill, sun loungers, and umbrellas – a peaceful oasis with a marvelous view of the lake. The outdoor area of Casa Margherita is characterized by a spacious, fenced garden, divided into individual areas for each apartment, promising privacy and relaxation for its residents. The exclusive garden area of apartment No. 4 offers, besides comfortable sun loungers and a dining area, mainly silence and an impressive view of the water. Free from disturbing streets, clubs, or bars, guests here find pure relaxation. The location serves as an excellent starting point for hikes or bike tours. Furthermore, a picturesque beach is just a kilometer away. The nearby Castello di Brenzone, a tranquil village above Brenzone, invites guests to explore the local culture and history, including the traditional olive oil production.
