The apartment is in front of the Montallegro Clinic and is centrally located to many places of interest. A 10-minute walk from Corso Italia, a renowned seaside promenade that leads to Boccadasse, an ancient seaside village characterized by its pastel-colored houses with green shutters, reminiscent of the famous Cinque Terre. A 15-minute walk by bus (line 43) from Genova Brignole Station, a 20-minute walk by bus (10 by car) from the historic center and a 30-minute walk by bus (20 by car) from the Genoa Aquarium.
The residential district of Albaro is located on the sea and is a perfect area, both for families and young people, who are looking for a quiet, well-served, comfortable, clean and beautiful area, thanks to its green spaces, elegant villas, exclusive fish restaurants, cocktail bars and chic nightclubs. Famous among joggers, the seafront overlooks beaches with swimming pools and sports facilities.
