徒歩10秒でそこは港 宮崎市内海港に面する一軒家です。 青島ゴルフ倶楽部も近く、ゴルフ好き、釣り好きなどレジャーを滞在中楽しみたい方にもぴったりの一軒家丸ごと貸しのレンタルハウスです。2021年7月オープンの新築です。 自動お風呂湯沸かし、食器洗浄機もあり快適なご滞在が可能です。 大人4名定員ですが、18歳以下の子供さん含めてですと6名滞在可能ですのでその場合事前にご相談ください。 ＜ご注意＞ ＊チェックインは14時～20時の対面となります。場所が少しわかりずらいので 近くの「道の駅フェニックス」にてお待ち合わせをおススメしております。 JR「内海駅」からは徒歩圏内となりますので、電車移動の方は直接当施設までお越しください。 ＊滞在期間中の清掃、リネン交換はありません。（1週間以上の滞在の場合、ご相談にて承ります） ＊寝室は人数に応じての開放となります。（例：2名の場合1室をお貸しします。） 男女混合グループや、別家族グループで部屋を分けたいなどご希望がありましたらエクストラルームで対応しますので事前にご相談ください ●目の前が港です。 デッキに柵などはありませんので、小さなお子様からは目を離さないようにくれぐれもお気をつけください。 A 10-second walk to the harbor! This house is perfect for those who love fishing or want to enjoy marine leisure during their stay. The house is newly built and opened in July 2021. The house has a capacity of 4 adults, but it can accommodate 6 people including children. Please contact us in advance. The house is equipped with an automatic hot water heater and a dishwasher to ensure a comfortable stay. There is no fence on the deck, so please be careful to keep an eye on small children.

If you have any problems during your stay, or if you would like to make reservations at a restaurant, we will be happy to assist you. Basically, a caretaker will be present at check-in. However, we may ask you to check in by yourself depending on your schedule.

近くにはサーフィン、リゾート地として有名な青島地区、ゴルフ場、サンメッセ、鵜戸神社などがあります。 スーパーやレストランは徒歩圏内にはありませんが、車で10分程度の青島地区にございます。 The location is peaceful and right in front of a small harbor. You can relax and feel the sea breeze. 7 minutes walk from the bus stop (in front of Uchiumi Station) 6 minutes walk from JR Uchiumi Station 19 minutes by car from Miyazaki Airport 30 minutes by car from JR Miyazaki Station Public transportation is very limited, so please come by car or rent a car. The road leading up to the house is narrow in parts, so please drive carefully if you are driving a large vehicle. The road is a little difficult to find. We recommend that you meet us at the nearby roadside station (Michi no Eki Phoenix) and let the janitor lead you there!
