This is applicable to non-refundable bookings only. If the name of the paying guest and staying guest do not match, the hotel cannot create a payment receipt for the staying guest at time of check-out or check-in.

- Adults: JPY 5,000 per entry

- Adults: JPY 6,000 per entry on Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays and 12–15 August

- Children aged 4–12 years: JPY 2,000 per entry

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests.

An accommodation tax per person per night is not included in the price and needs to be paid at the property.
