Guests arriving after check-in hours must inform the property in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. The booking can only be guaranteed within check-in hours.

The full amount of the reservation must be paid at check-in.

The on-site parking is available upon a surcharge. Parking is provided in first-come, first served basis due to limited availability.

Size limit - height:2 metres, width:1.8 metres and length: 5 metres

Please note that you cannot take your car out of the parking lot during your stay.

Reservations of 3 rooms or more may not be accepted.

If you wish to send luggage or mail to the property prior to your arrival, please fill out your name and check-in date on each item. Please note that the property cannot store items requiring refrigeration. Up to 5 items per reservation can be stored for free.

Please note that children 12 years and younger cannot be accommodated at the property. Adult rates are applicable to children 13 years and older. Please contact the property for more details.

Amenities and towels are changed and replenished daily. Sheets and loungewear will be changed every 4 days during cleaning hours.

For guests staying 4 nights or more, the room will be cleaned by our cleaning staff every 4 days.

Due to the inspection of electrical equipment as required by law, all electronic equipment, including elevators, lighting, air conditioning, internet, etc. will be unavailable on the following date: 27 January, 2025, 12:00 - 2:00 p.m..

Please inform Sakura Terrace in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
