Our facility "Bikeikan" is a tasteful hot spring facility surrounded by the rich nature of Hakone. It is located in a prime location in Hakone. The spacious tatami room is a place where you and your family can relax and unwind. The scenery that spreads out from the window like a picture in a painting changes with the seasons, and each season offers the charm of a scenic spot. The baths, entrance, and various other areas within the facility have been designed to provide a relaxing time. ・All guests are required to show identification such as a passport at online check-in. ・We do not accept payment on site. Please note that credit card payment will be made by the day of arrival. 【Access to Bikeikan】 If you are coming by foot from the Togendai station, you will need to climb more than 60 steps to reach the entrance of the building. There are no elevators or barrier-free facilities, so we recommend that you take a cab (mountain climbing hire service) from the station. 【Regarding breakfast and dinner】 Breakfast and dinner can only be reserved at the time of your booking - unfortunately this option cannot be added after your booking has been completed. Please make sure to select the correct room and plan. If your reservation includes meals, ingredients for breakfast and dinner are inside the fridge upon arrival. Breakfast includes three types of bread and one bottle of juice for each guest. For dinner, a variety of vegetables and regional Wagyu (Japanese beef) is provided to make your own sukiyaki (Japanese hot pot). In the unlikely event that we fail to deliver the ingredients due to unforeseen circumstances, the costs for the breakfast and dinner will be reimbursed. In the case you booked ahead of time and ingredients have significantly increased by the time of your arrival, additional costs may be charged after your booking has been completed to cover the difference.
