Company information

Grand opening in September 2019. The ryokan consists of 44 pure Japanese-style guest rooms and 4 guest rooms with open-air baths. The Famous “Yubatake” along the mountain stream, which is only in the hotel, has a river murmuring, the sound of the wind, and sometimes animals appear on the opposite shore. This place is the only one that you can enjoy nature. In kaiseki cuisine, we are committed to local production for local consumption, and our chef has made every effort to make it. There is still a lot to study, but we are working hard together. If you are visiting the Hokuriku region, head to Hanatsubaki.

HANATSUBAKI SPA Hotel locates in a slightly secluded place in Yamanaka Onsen, Kaga City. We offer pure and traditional kaiseki cuisine and service. Inside the open-air hot spring, you can enjoy your own source and feel the physical and spiritual peace of mind while enjoying the spectacular views of the mountain stream and cypress in the jungle. While enjoying a hot spring trip, please enjoy the kaiseki cuisine that the hotel boasts. All ingredients are produced in Ishikawa Prefecture, and Kaga's local vegetables are characteristic of Ishikawa Prefecture. The day's seafood caught at the local Hashidate and Shioya port, coupled with perfect cuisine, will surely satisfy your desire with the tip of the tongue.

Neighbourhood information

About 5 minutes by car from the hotel, there are “Koorogi Bridge” and “Tsurusenkei” in the mountains loved by Matsuo Kaoru, and the red-purple S-shaped bridge “Ayatorahashi” that shines in the green. There is “Yuge Kaido” on the main street of the hot spring. In addition, near to the hotel, there is a 2300-year-old the Great Cedars of Kayano that is also a well-known scene in the Kaga City, Ishikawa Prefecture and it is designated as a national natural monument.
