Property information

PRIVATE VILLA ON THE BEACH! New spacious modern one-story villa with a fantastic location just 100 meters away or one min walk to Yumigahama beach. Close to the Yumigahama beach, also a river-harbor view from the facility. Best for up to 9 people groups. The total space is 116 square meters, 3 bedrooms + LDK. The kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances including a Miele dishwasher, a large oven range, and the newest IH Cooking Heater, electric kettle, and fridge. Large deck with Weber Genesis Gas BBQ and outside dining table in front of the house. We have a stylish large gazebo, which will make your stay and activities comfortable and enjoyable, providing shade from the sun and cover from the rain. You can BBQ and dine even during the rain. No doubt you can have a quality time and great memories;) Large onsen-style bath with 2 showers and bathtub. Free parking on premises (up to 2 large cars can be parked) Free speed Wi-Fi internet. You can watch Netflix, Hulu, and Youtube on 65 inches smart TV. Netflix and Hulu subscription is provided, just switch it on and enjoy it! We use a professional cleaning company, and strive to have our house sparkling clean for our guests! I will answer all your questions within an hour or two, between 7 am and 8 pm daily.

Neighbourhood information

There are several restaurants within a 5-10 mins walk from my place, onsen, beach is just in front. Very calm and nice residential area.
