From Incheon International Airport, guests can take the limousine bus 6103 to Samseong Station. The journey takes 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Please note that children under 5 cannot use the swimming pool. Older children must be accompanied and supervised by a guardian when using the pool.

Free on-site parking is available for one vehicle per reservation.

Depending on room conditions, early check-in and late check-out may not be available, and charges may vary depending on the date and extension time.

Please note that this property can accommodate dogs and cats, but will not accommodate other types of pets.

Please note that the property can only accommodate pets with a maximum weight of 10 kg or less.

Please note that a maximum of 2 pets is allowed per room.

When travelling with pets, please note that a deposit of KRW 1,000,000 per pet applies. The deposit will be returned four days after checkout.

A surcharge of KRW 77,000 will have to be paid for the cleaning service per pet per night.

Supplies provided include a portable water bottle, a snack container, a dog bowl, a potty pad/bag, a coffee chu (wood stick), and wet tissue (one each).

Rental supplies (Depending on Inventory) include a staircase, a bed, a stroller, and a scratcher (rent one each).

Please note that the operation hours of the fitness center, which includes fitness, swimming pool, and screen golf, will be as follows:

- On 5th October will be open from 09:30 to 18:00

- On 6th October will be closed

- From 7th to 8th October will be open from 09:30 to 18:00

Please note that for stays of 7 nights or more starting from October 1st, 2025, housekeeping service is provided three times per week.
