The hostel is located in a residence of about 8 minutes away from Seoul station exit 15. It is very clean and utility building that was builted in 2012, It has 3 rooms, living room, kitchen and 2 bathroom. you can enjoy good views and spacious from living room, use kitchen evenly convenience facilities, a shower Facilities and free parking. inspite of busy citylife, you can feel like a cozy cottage in the countryside. out of the window, you can see the apartment with a superb view which overlooks Historic parks and comfortable forests. and then, this place is very suitable for long time staying. nearby are one hour's walking course, big sauna, Lotte mart·Outlet(Free duty), cafes, many noble restaurants and casino. - through the Seoul Subway and Chungjeongno Station (8 minutes), - you can use the metro line 1,2,4,5, airport Railroad, other lines can be used easily by trasfer. - you can reach within 10minutes at cityhall,myungdong, kwanghwamoon. - 15 min:At hongik university, Sinchon Hangang. Dong daemon market. - 40 min: Anywhere you can go in seoul by subway or bus.

in spite of the center of SEOUL, we will invite you to the apatment that is like a cozy cottage in the countryside. just in front of the park, there is sports complex. nearby are hospitals, supermarkets, banks, traditional restaurants, cafes, saunas, convenience stores, etc. we can enjoy ease and convenient life. if you use the Lotte shopping mall or supermarket, you can easily purchase duty free items or souvenirs.  By subway, Will be reached within 5-20 minutes to City Hall , Myeongdong, Dongdaemun, Hongik University, Kyungbok palace, hangang, Itaewon, N - tower, etc. In April 2017. seoulstation overpass , was built in 1970, will be transformed into Seoul's landmark. The space will be open to the rest of civil and tourist resources. instead of demolition, this place will be reborn to arboretum , so we can arrive to Namdaemun and Myeongdong, Namsan. this construction will be supply rest place to the citizen and many tourists who visit korea. this business will make wonderful change on this Place With others development plan.
