Rose Fort Homestay is situated 5 kilometers away from Jaffna town. It has three rooms, one-bathroom, large hall and balcony area with separate entrance. This place is suitable for family stay, entire upper floor is given once the booking is done. The breakfast, lunch and dinner can be arranged up on request. The place has a cable flat-screen TV, ironing facilities, desk and a seating area with a sofa. A electric kettle, a fridge and stovetop with a outdoor kitchen are also featured, At the house, the units are fitted with bed linen, towels and soaps. Property Rental Pricing Policy Standard Rate: The rental price is calculated per guest, based on double occupancy (2 guests per room). Room Allocation: Rooms are allocated according to the number of guests, up to a maximum of 2 guests per room. Full House Rate: If guests request to use 3 rooms regardless of guest count, the full house rate will apply.
