Stylish 2-bedroom plus a living room, fully equipped apartment with a view. Central location - all key activities within 3-5 minute walking distance, you can even watch fireworks from the terrace. Underground parking with direct elevator access. Best choice for a couple, seeking privacy & comfort, family with kids or friends. Comfortable for 2-5 people, can sleep up to 7. Please book for exact number of people arriving, including kids. Strictly no pets, no smoking. One-time cleaning fee and SPA-town tax (per adult per night) is applicable
