Our estate and cafe have been welcoming guests for the tenth season. Over these 10 years, many friendships have been formed, we have regular customers who come back to us again and again and bring their friends and acquaintances.
There are many interesting places to visit near the estate. In addition to walking routes, there is the opportunity to go kayaking and boating along the stunningly beautiful lakes and rivers that connect them. This is an unforgettable experience: amazing nature, clear water along which kayaks glide, birds and the aromas of flowering meadows!

Our homestead is located in the village of Ginuchai, among lakes, in the Aukštaitsky National Park, Ignalina region, Lithuania. The town of Ignalina is 16 km away.
The estate has a small, very popular family cafe offering national cuisine, as well as simply delicious home-cooked food. In addition, for guests who want to enjoy the beauty of this place for a longer time, swimming in a river or lake and a local waterfall, we have two guest rooms. Each of the rooms is an apartment, with two separate bedrooms, its own toilet and shower, as well as a small kitchenette.
Mini kitchen has:
a sofa that can be used as a double bed if necessary,
fridge,
kettle,
kitchen corner with sink and cabinets with utensils (plates, cutlery, glasses, tea/coffee utensils).
Please note: there is no possibility to cook your own food in the apartments!
Meals (including breakfast) can be ordered upon arrival or at any time during your stay at our estate during cafe opening hours.
The guest rooms are all made from natural materials, in a rustic style.
The furniture is made from natural wood, handmade, like the house itself, bed linen and towels are made from 100% cotton. Please note that towels are provided for use in the shower and not as beach towels!
The manor was built with love by the hands of its owner, Valdas Gervė, as a dream come true. Gervė means crane in Lithuanian, which is why she is named “Gervinė”.
The owners, Valdas and Elena Gervė, try to do everything possible to ensure that your stay here remains in your memory as a wonderful holiday in a wonderful place.
We live and work in the same house, so we are always close to you and have the opportunity to solve any of your questions: regarding your stay, food, leisure time or transfer - of course, with the exception of short rest hours. In return, we also count on your understanding: since summer and vacation are conducive to a fun pastime, we try to meet you halfway. But observance of quiet hours from 22.00 to 9.00.

Situated in the eastern part of Lithuania, the park is home to the largest concentration of lakes in the country, which is also rich in archaeological treasures and burial mounds. For example, nowhere else in the world will you find an ethnocosmological museum or a beekeeping museum.
In our village Ginučiai, right next to the manor, there is an old water mill, which you can visit for an interesting excursion. Its employees will tell you many interesting stories and legends. In addition, the mill dam creates a waterfall on the beach, which has become a delightful natural spa!
Ladakalnis (lit. Ladakalnis) is a mountain (hill) in the Aukštaitsky National Park, two kilometers from our homestead, a beautiful place between lakes Ukojas and Linkmenis. Height 175.5 meters above sea level. From the mountain you can see six (!) lakes: Ūkojas, Linkmenas, Pakasas, Asėkas, Alksnaitis, Alksnas. Rituals dedicated to Lada, the mother goddess, were performed on Mount Ladakalnis.
There is an observation tower near the Ginučiai-Kirdeikiai road (about 2 km from Ginučiai), which is called the Šiliniškės, Ginučiai or Bites tower. This is the first observation deck in Lithuania located on a mobile telecommunications antenna tower. Beautiful views from the observation deck are guaranteed all year round.
Five kilometers away is the Beekeeping Museum: a unique place with modern technical equipment for your acquaintance with the ancient history of honey production. The language barrier is not a hindrance, since the Museum has an audio guide service.
44 kilometers away, in the Moletai region, is the Lithuanian Ethnocosmological Museum - this is one of the places most visited by foreign tourists in Lithuania.
