You can rent an apartment with both rooms or an apartment with one room with a balcony (the room without the balcony will be closed during your stay). The main room has a big double-bed, a balcony, a TV, 2 chairs, a table and a child`s bed (on request). If one guest wants to stay in the apartment, then the room with a balcony is offered! The other room has a single bed, a 2-story bunk bed, a TV, a wardrobe, a table and two chairs. Offer: *Bathroom and separate WC. *Equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer, microwave, electric cooker surface, electric kettle, coffee maker, dishes, and cutlery. *Balcony. *Laundry machine, possibility to dry laundry indoors or on the balcony. *Free parking on the street. *TV- free Latvian channels. The apartment is on the 4-th floor of a 5-story building. There is no elevator in the building. The apartment, the balcony and the stairwell is strictly a non-smoker area. The apartment is not appropriate and is not rented out for parties.

The apartment is situated in the commercial center of Madona town. Stores, restaurants and fuel stations are within a 5 minute walk. Getting around: One can get around the town on foot or on a bicycle, if the weather is good. Otherwise driving is recommended. There is a stop for regional buses near the apartment.
