The apartment consists of: - One bedroom with double bed and wardrobe The room has a great view of the garden, the sea, the city and the mountain and the windows are designed for sound insulation. - The sitting lounge unit with two sofas and a round table and then a flat TV of high quality - Kitchen equipped with cooking supplies, refrigerator and washing machine - One bathroom with a sink, a toilet with a seat, a shower with hot water spray, a mirror, a closet, toilet paper, a small bucket, a small chair, then body soap and towels. - There is a public parking lot in front of the property for free. - The accommodation is equipped with surveillance cameras. - There is a small garden behind the building that allows guests to rest, relax and enjoy the fresh air where the sound of beautiful birds Guests can also climb to the roof of the building and then watch the sunset, the sea and the city. It is a very beautiful view - the apartment is close to the groceries less than half a minute, the shopping center and restaurants with 3 minutes on foot, from the sea less than 7 minutes on foot, the train station is 3 kilometers away, and there are also several tourist facilities in the city that we can visit us to explore using the taxi, we will be happy to receive you warmly 🤩

THE TANJA BALIA DISTRICT IS ONE OF THE BEAUTIFUL POPULAR NEighborHOODS NEAR THE SEA, LESS THAN 6 MINUTES' WALK ON FOOT AND THE TRAIN STATION IS LESS THAN 2 MINUTES BY CAR, WHERE THERE ARE EXCELLENT SHOPPING CENTERS, cafes AND POPULAR RESTAURANTS THAT SERVE LOCAL CUES SUCH AS THE MOROCCAN TENGINE AND MOROCCAN COSX WITH DIFFERENT TYPES OF GREENS AND RED MEAT, THEN DEVY FISH DISHES AND TRANCY FRUIT JUISE. THERE ARE ALSO SEVERAL SPORTS HALL, NEAR FOOTBALL COURTS, PLACES OF WALKING AND HIKING, CAFES AND SEVERAL PUBLIC SPACES NEARBY THAT GUESTS CAN EXPLORE AFTER THEIR STAY.
