I am an architect originally from Morocco and based in Itlaly, I decided to invest in the housing and hotellerie industry since it always has been a dream of mine. I am a verry professional figure, serious, trustworthy and I like to have fun in what I do.

The neighbourhood is very beautiful, safe, clean and quiet, the property is located in a strategic spot since you can benefit of quietness while everything is close to you at the same time; the road next to the building is one of the main roads of the city and you can find various restaurants, shops, and supermarkets easily reachable by foot, the central square of Jamaa El Fna is 15 min. away by car or transports and there is a bus stop next to the house with a line that brings directly there plus it's very easy to cath a taxy too.
