The location is just perfect, you will be surrounded by restaurants, bars, pubs, discos, mini markets, supermarkets, Ibn battuta Mall, Pizza hut, chicken restaurant Toledo, barber, sauna, all within a walking distance, Beach access only 100 meters away.
The building has been constructed in 1983, and renovated recently, good working elevator.
Cafe Igloo, Marina food, Ali baba restaurant, and mini supermarket are just two minutes from the building, Marina bay Harbour is just opposite the apartment,
5min from Tangier Railway station, 5 min from the city port, 20 min from The Airport.
5 min walking distance to Old city the famous Medina.
Secured street parking around the building. Option for paid garage parking available 4 euros a day.
