Please note that the Montenegrin Law on Foreigners stipulates the mandatory presentation of an ID document by the guest for all accommodation service providers, including hotels, hostels and private accommodation. Hosts has 12 hours from the moment guests enters the accommodation, to register guest stay through Tourist Residence Tax. This, either electronically via the host token, or at one of the Tourist Boards. Procedure is performed by presenting the guest ID document to a Tourist Boards operator. A host has also the obligation to register every guest in the Guest Book, and to preserve this data for two years. Kindly, let us know the time of arrival at the accommodation, as well as the time of departure, at least 24 hours in advance, in order for us to organize our time.
