The apartment Carpe Diem, has 58m2 with a see view and is only a one 1 minute away from the coast which gives you a choice of all type of beaches, rubble, concrete, sand as well as a wide and various choice of bars and restaurants. Excellent location, only 1km from town center (Old town of Herceg Novi) and close to all facilities you need, 2 restaurants and a fast food in the building, and all offer home delivery. A hair salon is also in the building. In the extension of the building is the store and right next to it a kiosk. About 50 m further from the building is a pharmacy and a bakery.
The apartment is on the second floor. It has one big bedroom and a living room and each is equipped with a TV and an air-conditioning. It has a fully equipped American kitchen, a balcony, a bathroom, and a big lobby. High quality WIFI connection in the whole apartment. For the little ones there is a crib as well as some toys.
Nearby are available public and private parkings with no possibility of booking in advance. (No guarantee for a parking place).
