This house has been in my family since 19 century, originally acquired by my great-great- grandfather. I am Croatian national, currently living in Brussels, and previously in US and Latvia. Besides Croatian and English I also speak a little bit of Russian. You will most likely be welcomed by my friend who lives near by, Sandra, and she will explain all you need to know about the apartment, and the town itself.

This apartment is situated on the main square of Tivat, less than a minute walk from the main entrance of Porto Montenegro. This stone house dates back to 19 century, and in the mean time has been refurbished more than once, the last time 5 years ago. The apartment is on the second (top) floor, and has a beautiful sea view from the living room, large dining room with terrace and a master bedroom. All three rooms are equipped with air conditioners and apartment has all the necessary appliances (flat TV, dishwasher, washing machine, ironing board, wi-fi). The apartment has 2 queens size beds, and one small sofa (can be a spare bed for a child). Since the apartment is in the same building as coffee/restaurant "Roma" it is possible to arrange meal plan with them. this can easily be done upon your arrival.

The apartments central position gives you proximity of all the main attractions in the town as well as in Porto Montenegro which is less than 1 min on foot. The closest city beach is also 1 min away. It takes about 5 min to the to the farmers market, and about the same time to city park with playgrounds. There is plenty of coffee places, bars, restaurants, and you can arrange a meal plan with restaurant Roma on the ground floor of the house.
