Spacious apartment with a sea view in the quiet village of Krimovica. The apartment is ideal for those who value comfort and privacy. The apartment is located in a modern building with a swimming pool and parking. It has two bedrooms with double beds, a large living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen area and two bathrooms. The village of Krimovica offers a tranquil environment. And just 10 minutes away by car there is a beach where you can enjoy the crystal clear waters of the Adriatic. The car is necessary. The nearest supermarket and the nearest beach are 10 minutes drive from the apartment.
