Lake House Buric nalazi se na samoj obali jezera u srcu Nacionalnog parka Skadarsko jezero. Privatnost,zelenilo,priroda i najljepsi pogled na jezero , Lovcen i Mauzolej Njegosa je ono sto ovaj objekat cini atraktivnim. Objekat sadrzi kuhinju ,kupatilo,dio za rucavanje i odmor , dio za spavanje, terasu ,dvoriste sa dijelom za rostilj,privatnu plazu sa lezaljkama i bazenom. Objekat je klimatizovan , a gostima su na raspolaganju : privatni parking ,besplatni Wi-Fi, privatna plaza , dio za rostilj. Na raspolaganju su i 2 kanua koji se mogu koristiti uz posebnu nadoknadu. Posto se objekat nalazi na samoj obali Skadarskog jezera postoji mogucnost sportskog ribolova kao i voznja camcem po jezeru gdje se pruza mogucnost obilaska i posjeta znamenitim dijelovima samog jezera. Voznju je potrebno rezervisati . Na samo 200m od objekta nalazi se stajaliste za voz kojim cete za nepunih pola sata stici u Sutomore ili Bar i uzivati na nekoj od pjescanih plaza na obali Jadranskog mora.
