Hi all! My name is Evgenia. I will be glad to see you in our apartments and will try to solve any of your questions. At the moment I can speak Russian, Montenegrin and a little English.

Property information

Feel at home! Our small but cozy apartments have everything you need for your stay - bed linen, shower and face towels, foot towel. The kitchen has dishes and cutlery. Desk for work, washing machine and air conditioning. At your request, we can organize a transfer from/to the airport, suggest what attractions and excursions there are in the city of Bar and throughout Montenegro. We will help you with contacts for mountain or sea excursions. We will provide any necessary assistance to make your vacation pleasant and memorable. The facility is located in the green zone of the city of Bar, Shushan, 150 m from the sea. The villa has apartments of different categories with a kitchen. The villa has three terraces. On the roof of the building there is a 160m2 terrace, barbecue, tables and a beautiful view of the sea. On the 3rd floor there is a large terrace with tables and chairs, with partial sea views. And a small terrace on the 1st floor. All apartments have air conditioning, a kitchenette with a built-in stove, a refrigerator, an electric kettle, free wi-fi, a bathroom; not all apartments have a balcony. Almost all apartments are equipped with a washing machine, ironing board and iron. The city center is 1000m away. Tivat Airport 44km. Podgorica Airport 40km

Neighbourhood information

Very convenient location of the property - within walking distance of the sea, city, cafes, shops. Everything can be explored on foot. A wonderful beach surrounded by pine trees will not leave anyone indifferent.
