This property is 5 minutes walk from the beach, located just 1.5 km from the Old Town. Located in a very central, peaceful and green environment. Free WiFi is featured throughout the property and parking is provided. All unites are air conditioned and uniquely decorated. The Mediterranean style furnished apartments feature a flat-screen TV with cable channels, air conditioning ,seating area, and fully equipped kitchenette while rooms didn’t have a kitchen. Each unit has a private bathroom with walk through shower, hairdryer, bathroom amenities, towels.... The tennis court is across the Villa.

Few grocery shops just in front of the Villa and bus station as well. Supermarket just 2 min away by walk. Very easy to get in the city by walk from the Villa. Our neighborhood is quiet and incredibly safe. Grocery shops just in front of the Villa, local market where you can find variety of fresh fruits, vegetables, fresh juices... Everything can be done by walk. The first bakery is just 80 meters away. Everything you need to enjoy your beach getaway is just an easy stroll or car ride away
