A 3-bedroom maisonete in Pendergardens, St Julians, the most prestigious complex in Malta. It ha a beautifully furnished open plan kitchen, living & dining area. The outside patio consists of a small living area. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a living area featuring a sofa, high-speed WiFi & an LCD TV, a master bedroom featuring a king size bed with an en-suite facility and 2 other bedrooms featuring a king size bed and 2 twin beds. There is also 1 other bathroom with bath facility.

Neighbourhood information

The location is just perfect as it is the central hub for a vibrant mix of restaurants, cafés and bars. Furthermore, thanks to the numerous bus stops and ferries near the apartment, you can reach Malta’s top attractions within minutes.
