Studio Suite located on the first floor of the Monreal Boutique Townhouse acessible via an authentic stone staircase. The property is a typical Maltese townhouse, centrally located in Paola facing the large and ornate basilica of the town. The property is in an ideal location, just a few minutes walk to the Hal Saflieni Hypogeum, the Tarxien Temples and just 4km away from the Malta Airport. A convenience shop, and a shopping area/mall are within walking distance.

Located in the heart of Paola, our boutique is just steps away from the town’s lively square — a central hub where you’ll find shops, cafés, and easy connections to the rest of the island. Paola is rich in history and culture. Within walking distance, you’ll find two of Malta’s most remarkable heritage sites: the Ħal Saflieni Hypogeum, a UNESCO World Heritage site dating back over 5,000 years, and the Tarxien Temples, an extraordinary example of Malta’s prehistoric past. You can also visit the Basilica of Christ the King, one of the island’s most beautiful churches. Exploring the rest of Malta is simple — public transport to all major destinations passes through Paola Square, so you can easily reach Valletta, the Three Cities, Marsaxlokk, and many other attractions within minutes.
