This 2-bedroom apartment consists of an open plan kitchen/living /dining leading to a front balcony with street views measuring approximately 2.5m by 1m. The kitchen is fully equipped for easy cooking meals. It has a gas hob with electric oven and microwave making it ideal for sophisticated cooking or just a quick meal. It has a dining table setting for 4 people and a comfortable couch area and an LED TV with cable programs. The apartment consists of a master bedroom with a double bed with en-suite and a twin bedroom. The en-suite comes fully equipped with a shower cubicle. Furthermore, the apartment has a full family bathroom with a bathtub and a shower in it. Also, it has a box room where the washing machine is placed. Moreover, the apartment has a back balcony that overlooks the private gardens of the neighbours making it quite airy and sunny also with sea views of St Paul's Bay and the small Island. St Paul's Bay is one of the most beautiful villages in Malta. The flat is located in a quiet area, just few meters from the promenade, where a nice rocky beach is ideal for jumping into the sea. The busy town centre full of bars and restaurants is just a few minutes walk. There one might find more bars, restaurants (also Mc Donalds and Pizza hut) and diving and water sport centres. Ferries to remote beaches and islands like Comino and Gozo leaves from the Bugibba Jetty (just 200 meters away from the accommodation). A convenience store, including bakery, pharmacy, fishery are just minutes away, open till late including weekends. The apartment is also a short drive/bus ride to the best sandy beaches like Mellieha Bay, Paradise Bay, Golden Sands, Gnejna Bay. In winter long walks and picnics in the countryside and along the sea are a must. In summer one can enjoy the sun at the beach in many ways from the most relaxing to the most adventurous ways. In the evening a walk on the promenade or a local village feast is a must. The bus stop is located on the promenade down the road.
