Brand new modern-finished one bedroom apartment with large sea view terrace, equipped with BBQ, outdoor furniture and sunbeds. On the large terrace there is a private hot tub / jacuzzi (can be used all year round). Apartment is located just 150 meters off the Bugibba promenade. The apartment has a large bedroom with double bed & single bed & this bedroom has a nice terrace with panoramic sea views. Apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area with a comfortable double sofa bed. It is fully air conditioned and has its private bathroom. Apartment has free wifi internet & internet tv. It is fully equipped including washing machine, fridge, freezer, microwave, etc.. water and electricity consumption is included in the price with the following limits...the following limits are usually more than enough for the stay: 0.5 cubic meter of water per person per week 150 KWh of electricity per apartment per week Any usage over and above these limits are payable extra according to consumption. on arrival it is payable tourist tax of euro 0.50 per person per night NOTE - water & electricity consumption is not included in the price for MONTHLY stays (28 nights +over)

Neighbourhood information

Bugibba is one of the most beautiful villages in Malta. The flat is located in a quiet area, just 150 mt from the promenade, where there is a nice rocky beach which is ideal for swimming in the crystal clear sea. There is a sandy beach only 10 minutes on foot away. Bugibba has a busy town centre full of shops, banks, pharmacies...There one might find more bars, restaurants (also Mc Donalds & Pizza hut), diving & water sport centres. Ferries to remote beaches and islands like Comino and Gozo leave from the Bugibba Jetty (just 300 meters away from the apartment). The apartment is also close to the best sandy beaches like Mellieha Bay, Paradise Bay, Golden Sands, Gnejna Bay (15 minutes by bus). In winter long walks and picnics in the countryside and along the sea are a must. In summer one can enjoy the sun at the beach in many ways from the most relaxing to the most adventurous ways. In the evening, one can walk on the promenade or go to a local village feast. The bus stop is located on the promenade down the road. From the nearby bus stop (on Bugibba Promenade 150 mt away) you can board any bus to the main beaches, to Valletta, Mdina, Airport, Gozo & Comino ferry terminus, etc...
