    “Bardzo wygodny apartament z ogromnym tarasem. Doskonale wyposażona kuchnia, ręczniki i kosmetyki w łazienkach. Widok na zatokę z tarasu. Dla nas to nie był duży problem, ale apartament jest na 5 piętrze, a winda nie zawsze działała.”

Welcome to your luxury escape in Malta! ☀️🌅 This stylish 3-bedroom seaview penthouse offers a massive terrace, a hidden beach access for residents, and breathtaking views of St. Paul’s Bay. Whether you’re sipping wine at sunset, or relaxing indoors, this home is ideal for families, couples, or friends seeking space, privacy, and comfort, just steps away from the sea. 🌊 Guest access: You have full access to the entire penthouse (all bedrooms and bathrooms), the terrace, and the residential hidden beach area. Free street parking is typically available nearby, free of charge. The penthouse is located on the top floor with elevator access to the top floor.
We’re a Maltese couple with deep roots in St. Paul’s Bay. Claydon grew up right here in this very penthouse, and Laura spent her childhood just around the corner. This home holds so many memories for us, from summer swims to family gatherings, and it means the world to now share it with guests from near and far. We hope you feel the same warmth and joy here that we’ve felt all our lives.
The penthouse is set in a prime location in St. Paul’s Bay, with the sea on one side and charming streets on the other. The area offers a balanced atmosphere, neither too quiet nor overly busy. Guests will find restaurants, cafes, and shops within walking distance, as well as boats in the bay. Mellieha is just a short drive away, providing easy access to the Blue Lagoon in Comino and ferries to Gozo.
