This apartment is 16 steps up from street level onto a balcony, and the front door, where you can sit out and enjoy the sunshine during part of the morning, and watch the world go by during the day and evening. Very relaxing to sit out and have a morning coffee, or drinks in the evening. This spacious apartment has 3 bedrooms; 1 double bedroom with ensuite with a walk-in shower and ceiling fan, a second double bedroom also with a ceiling fan, and the third is a single bedroom with a single bed. The second double bedroom and single bedroom share a bathroom with a bath / shower. The open-plan living room and kitchen has an air-conditioning unit and also a ceiling fan. The kitchen and living area are together where there is a sofa, armchair, a 50' TV with Netflix and YouTube. The kitchen is well equipped with a new electric oven and grill and a 4 ring gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, a large fridge/freezer and washing machine. There is a second sitting room at the back with 2 sofas. It opens onto a large courtyard with a large table and chairs to have meals. The main double bedroom also opens onto the large courtyard where you can sit and enjoy breakfast, lunch or evening meals.

There are many good restaurants and bars closeby, and the seafront is just a 5 minute walk away. There are grocery shops 100m away and a hair and beauty business across the road. Also if you want to hire a car or bicycle, they too are a few metres away, including a dive centre. The main bus terminal is just an 8 minute walk where you can get a bus to most areas on the island. Bugibba seafront where there are several more restaurants is just a 10 minute walk. It is a great location. The neighbours are nice and friendly and will help you if you need. There is free street parking outside but not always easy to find a spot in the late afternoon or evening. If not, there is a large and free car park just around the corner.
