The small room, the single one, is without AC. - Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day, our homes are all situated in residential areas, extra noise will lead to big problems with the AUTHORITIES. If neighbours or anyone calls the police we have no control to the HEFTY fines the authorities will make, this is true for all properties residing in Malta. Typically fines can go up to 1000 Euro per person and could also lead to the home being vacated. - Waste Schedules are to be respected, putting out garbage not in the allowed days, can get to being reported, if local Authorities come this to will result in unwanted fines.
