This apartment is located in a residential neighborhood which is very safe especially for families with young children. Most of the neighbors are permanent residence hence they ensure that the neighborhood is kept as safe and clean as possible.
The block itself is also very secure with double doors to ensure that no people apart of the guests / residence can enter the building's common parts
Renting a car in Malta is the best way of explore our beautiful Island. Although a lock up parking space is not available, street parking across the whole island is FREE OF CHARGE!
Parking around the apartment is relatively easy and on can find a slot within 100-300m with ease.
Should one decide to explore the Island by bus, several bus stops within 5 minutes of walking distance ensure that the apartment is well connected to the whole island.
