Newly renovated building, calm place but it is situated in the centre of Grand bay at 150m to SuperU Hypermarket and 200m to the white beach of Grand Bay. Owner stay on the spot. We have 16 cctv Cameras connected to Brinks Security. Have a Swimming pool. Wifi with 20 mega. Very Clean. Flat screen. Kitchen and balcon.
