Located on the back of famous village of grand bay and pereybere, this property is located in a strategical location. From short driving distance, you can reach the major place interest of the north, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops or the iconic beaches of the area. Within this safe and comfortable environment, vista on nature and the northern mountains compose the tropical backdrop. It is approximately 25Km north of the capital of Mauritius, Port-Louis, and lies between the villages of Pereybère and Trou aux Biches. To get to Grand Bay from Port-Louis it is a 20 to 30 minute drive, whereas to reach Grand Bay from the airport it takes you an average of 1 hour.
