This home is in a gated resort 15 minutes North of downtown San Felipe. In the resort, you will have access to the resort pool, tennis courts, golf course (for a fee) and on-site restaurants. Note that this property is for up to 6 guests, however, this is only sleeping for 4 guests. If you will be 6 guests, please bring an airbed for 2 extra guests. There are 4 swimming pool passes issued by the resort to guests. Children less than 12 years old do not need pool passes to access the pool RESORT PASS AND SWIMMING POOL PASS - This resort requires guests to have passes to access pools - Passes are only issued directly to guests - Regular hours for issuing passes to guest is 8AM - 6PM - If you arrive after 6PM, we check-you in as usual, but you will need to go to resort office the next day to pick up your passes. - If you arrive after 6PM, you will not be able to use the swimming pool on arrival Arrival after 8PM twenty five extra. This goes to cover my assistant who will. work after hours to meet you.
