Only 30 min. from Puerto Morelos and 45 min to Playa del Carmen Enjoy your holidays here, enjoy Life in a beautiful Paradise with private Pool and authentic local food Time stays still, in this perfect moment in Quintana Roo

It’s really quiet, sunny and green like in Paradise. There are little shops around to buy groceries & local food We are lucky to have a couple of cenotes around waiting to be explored Enjoy the local Restaurants with amazing food There is a nice park at the mainstreet with dessert options like eiscream, fresh brewed coffee, crepes, wafles and fresh fruits There is also an interesting Museum only 5 minutes from our location if you want to inmerse in the mayan culture and traditions Sundays are the perfect day to visit the local market and get to know the gastronomy in the little stands there. (open from 10-15pm) We are very lucky to have an animal Sanctuary in Leona Vicario "Tierra de Animales". Here you can visit the rescued animals, give support and even help as a voluntary or adopt a new lovely friend. There are also many waterparks around with great nature, attractions and food options like "Ole" or Baaxal-Ha
