Beautiful and fantastic house with private heated pool! 15 minutes from Cuernavaca! Fractionation with 24 hour surveillance. Private super secure, has electric gate. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 floors with stairs. Very equipped kitchen, grill, microwave and refrigerator. WIFI, 50 "TV with DVD! And TV Box for NETFLIX. Parking for 2 cars. The pool is heated, has a wading pool, light, massage, bubbles, palapa with tables, and a mini bar with minibar. DO NOT SMOKE INSIDE THE HOUSE. THE TOWELS ARE NOT TAPETES, NOT THE FLOORS OR THE ENSUCIES PLEASE! The house has 3 bedrooms (1 kingsize with closet and fan, 1 double with fan and 1 double with closet and fan). It has WIFI and NETFLIX. You can park 2 cars in front of the house, on the private one, the private one is very safe, only people with key enter. There is 1 shared closet, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room 5px, beautiful kitchen with hood and 4-burner grill, kitchen accessories (pots, pans, plates, glasses, rates, cutlery, etc.), breakfast bar with benches
