THE COMPLEX IS STILL UNDER CONSTRUTION SO PLEASE BE AWARE THERE WILL BE CONSTRCTION NOISE BUT THE APARTMENT AND SOME AMENITIES ARE READY TO ENJOY. 91 m2 apartment has 3 bedrooms, the first with 2 full beds, bathroom and closet, the second with 2 single beds, the third a full bed and a desk, a dining room for 6 people, living room, kitchen with a modern and industrial style with all appliances and a breakfast bar with 2 stools, a full bathroom and a balcony with a spectacular view of the mountains, the Monterrey Arena and Fundidora Park. Amenities: The complex has an outdoor grill situated on floor 6 with amazing views, co working room, a play area for kids,, a gym, 2 elevators and a parking lot with 1 spot for apartment . Please be aware of some that need to be booked. Other things to note It has a cistern. The complex is still under construction so be aware will be construction noise, but the apartment and some amenities are ready to enjoy.

Ride a boat down the Santa Lucía river, rent a bike and make the most of the cycle paths, take to the water in a swan-shaped pedalo, or join the runners, roller skaters, and skateboarders instead, before learning about the park’s past life at the Museo del Acero Horno 3. There are several snack kiosks, cafés, and seating areas in Fundidora Park.
