When booking with us through Booking.com, as part of our reservation process, you will be required to verify your identity and purchase accommodation insurance. TRUVI will contact you via email and ask you to initiate the verification process.

For accommodation insurance, you can choose between paying a refundable deposit or purchasing a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest choosing the damage waiver, as it protects you in the event of accidental damage during your stay.

1) Deposit of $500 USD (refundable), excluding a 2% service fee.

2) Damage waiver of $35 USD (non-refundable).

We ask that you complete the verification process before your arrival to ensure your check-in is efficient and seamless.

It's also important to know the cancellation policies:

a) Casa Macu offers a personalized Cancellation Policy for all guests.

Reservations canceled at least 60 days before check-in will receive a 93% refund. Reservations canceled at least 30 days before check-in will receive a 43% refund.

(For Booking.com reservations, a 7% non-refundable transaction fee will be charged by the platform.)

b) We are committed to protecting our properties, which is why we have partnered with *Know Your Guest*, the leading guest verification provider for vacation rentals. Please note that before your reservation begins, you will be required to verify your information and ID, as well as pay a refundable deposit or a non-refundable accidental damage waiver through TRUVI.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 07:00:00.

A damage deposit of MXN 10,000 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
