Welcome to Summer Salt Beach Casita! Our home is situated across the street at one of the most pristine beaches in Mexico. Enjoy easy street parking, self check in, walk up the ramp to enter the home with 20ft floor to sky windows to vistas of the pacific. Large kitchen, and relaxed living space with sprawling views of Bahia de Banderas. There are two bedrooms, each with private bathroom and outdoor shower, furnished with king size beds. Enjoy your mornings out on the balcony overlooking the bay. Beach shower on the south side of the property and street entrance are the only shared space with other guests in separate unit with separate private entrance. Guest access You have access to everything, except the second level casita. The terrace overlooking the beach and lower garden is for the guests in the downstairs unit only. The beach shower is shared with all property guests. Beach towels provided. Other details to note House rules: •Toilet paper in waste baskets only, not in toilet. •Food or kitchen scarps in waste basket only, not down the drains. •Turn off ac units when not at home

Beach is 20m away, access is just a 2min walk north where you can rent beach umbrellas and chairs. Or a few minutes walk more to the south end of the road, access can be found along the last house next to the estero. We are located between the Four Seasons and The Conrad in Punta De Mita at Playa Careyeros. Mauka and El Barracuda restaurants are fantastic venues with tables for reserve on the beach, only a few minutes walk south.
