About Valentina Suites – Playa del Carmen Valentina Suites offers clean, simple, and budget-friendly apartments in the heart of Playa del Carmen. Each unit includes air conditioning, a private bathroom, a living area, kitchen, and high-speed Wi-Fi—ideal for both short and extended stays. Guests can relax on the rooftop lounge, which features shaded seating, a bar-height work area, and a small 40cm-deep plunge pool perfect for cooling off. This is a plunge pool, not a full swimming pool. Important Information Valentina Suites is a residential-style building, not a hotel. Daily cleaning is not included. Housekeeping can be requested for an additional fee. Access & Parking Entry is easy—access codes will be provided once your reservation is confirmed and paid. The building has 5 private parking spaces, and free street parking is available nearby. Airport Transfers Private transportation from the airport is available with at least 24 hours’ notice: – 1–3 people: 1,300 MXN – 4–7 people: 1,500 MXN Contact us after booking if you’d like to arrange a transfer.

Neighbourhood information

We love the neighborhood—it’s safe, walkable, and local, without being overly touristy. It’s an easy walk to the beach, 5th Avenue, and the ADO bus station (about 10 minutes). The area is conveniently close to everything, with grocery stores, a pharmacy, and several convenience stores all within 1–3 blocks. Valentina Suites is also close to Paseo del Carmen, a popular shopping and dining plaza at the south end of 5th Avenue, right next to the Cozumel ferry pier. It’s a great spot for those who want easy access to everything Playa del Carmen offers, without being in the middle of the party scene.
